We can't import

Weapons, ammunition and explosives; narcotics; counterfeit or replica branded goods; items banned under Bangladesh's Import Policy Order; hazardous chemicals without permits; pornographic material; currency and precious metals.

Need a permit first

Medicines and medical devices (DGDA), food and cosmetics (BSTI), telecom and wireless devices (BTRC), drones, chemicals, seeds and plants, and used machinery. We help you arrange permits before ordering.

Lithium batteries and liquids

Allowed by sea; by air only within carrier limits. We advise the right shipping method in the quote.

If an item is refused

If customs refuse or seize goods because they are prohibited or were described wrongly, the costs already spent can't be refunded.
